Personal domain name
Personal email address
Site builder tool
Under a month

Answer: This is quite a popular question Web hosting is one of the most important part of your online presence and can mean the life or death to your business.

Before we answer your question, let us review the 7 things to look for in a good web hosting. An excellent hosting:

  1. does not suspend accounts as easily,
  2. gives more-than-enough webspace,
  3. offers no limit on bandwidth,
  4. gives multiple add-on domains,
  5. has friendly Site Builder,
  6. has Fantastico and QuickInstall to quickly install apps like WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, OSCommerce, ZenCart and more
  7. can be easily upgraded to VPS or one of the best dedicated server plans if and when your business require.

Answering your question, more than 80% of experienced Webmasters recommend to try Hostgator. If you need an “unlimited” hosting plan, experts usually highly recommend going with Hostgator because they are the best best domain hosting around.

What if you find out that Hostgator sucks after you signed up with them? HG has an amazingly long, 45 days money back guarantee so you have ample time to test them out. They are rated A+ by Better Business Bureau which shows their commitment to customer satisfaction. You also do not have to pay for the first month. Who Should Not Try Hostgator

To be honest, no web hosting service is perfect. Drawback of Hostgator includes:

  1. No free domain name – but you can easily get a domain name from the best domain registrar such as Godaddy or Namecheap for $10 or less. Would you agree that a website is not complete without a domain name?
  2. You need to pay full price after your first invoice – well, they need to make money too and all the support and great service do come with a cost

If you are still not sure if HG is right for you, or you have specific query about anything at all, try the Live Chat at HG. They are fast and knowledgeable. Just shoot them some questions before you decide.

p.s: HostGator is having a 20% off sale right now but we have got a better deal for you. Just enter SERVERHOSTING in the coupon code field when you buy any HostGator hosting plan and you’ll get it for 25% off!

What you’ll need is a domain name. Go over to http://AletiaNIC.com and register for a domain name. You can see what’s already available and what you can register. They’ll also give you recommendations if your domain name is taken. Their pricing is awesome…about $10 for a whole year!

Then you’re going to need hosting. I’ve found (from personal experience) that JaguarPC is TOP-NOTCH.

For your site, you’ll just need the shared hosting (GIGADEAL) — here’s the link — http://smallurl.co.uk/?3765 —-but wait, there’s more. Register today (or until April 31th) and you can use this coupon code == "endless2008" and receive 15% off the monthly price, FOR LIFE! Pay by PayPal and that comes to….$5.07/month!

Good luck in all of your endeavors and if you need help, email me at virtual134@gmail.com

I’ve been using Bluehost for 3 years, and love them. They’re technically $6.95 a month, but you have to pay for a full 2 years upfront to get that price. You get a ton of stuff to play with, though, and they register your domain for free. It’s very painless setup and they’ve got awesome tech support.

The hosting site has nothing to do with the domain name (although the hosting company might also be an authorized agent for ICANN). You have to lease the domain name annually, which is a completely separate thing from what you pay for the web hosting.

As far as having a program build your site, sites built by programs look like it and work like it. Learn to design and develop your own site.

    There are millions of them.
But if you want something cheap, then you should go for freewebs. Try preforming a search on google for cheap web hosting. I know yahoo has pretty good web hosting for about $15 a month including domain, but you want under 10…

    Hi,

I can fully recommend Hostgator Web Hosting.

I have used Hostgator as my web host for over two years now and have been very very impressed with them. Firstly they’re very cheap but still give me more web hosting space and bandwidth than I’ll ever need, the ability to host unlimited websites, a 99.9% uptime guarantee and great customer support.

For less than $8 a month you get:

    An excellent website builder.
600 Gigs of Web Hosting Space
    6,000 Gigabytes of Bandwidth
    Host UNLIMITED Websites
    99.9% Uptime Guarantee
    45 Day Money Back Guarantee
    CGI, PHP 4 & 5, RoR, Perl
    MySQL, SSH, SSL, IMAP, POP
    cPanel Hosting
    24/7/365 Upgraded Support

You can find them at http://www.webhostgator.info

You would have to buy your domain name separately but that would only cost around $9 per year.
