A frequently-asked query:

I’m looking for a web hosting service that has the following features:

unlimited hosting space
unlimited site bandwidth
host unlimited domains
unlimited pop email accounts
unlimited ftp
free domain
accepts paypal
costs less than per month
has a monthly payment option
doesn’t require a whole years worth of service charge up front

Answer: You are not alone Web hosting is the heart of your web presence and can mean the success and failure for your business.

Before we give you a definitive answer, these are seven factors to look for in a good web hosting. An excellent hosting:

  1. does not suspend accounts as easily,
  2. gives unlimited webspace,
  3. offers no limit on bandwidth,
  4. gives multiple add-on domains,
  5. has easy-to-use Site Builder,
  6. has Fantastico and QuickInstall to quickly install apps like WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, OSCommerce, ZenCart and more
  7. can be easily upgraded to VPS or one of the best dedicated server plans if and when your business require.

Answering your question, many experienced web developers suggest to try Hostgator. If you need an “unlimited” hosting plan, experts usually highly recommend going with Hostgator because they are the best best domain hosting around.

What if you find out that Hostgator sucks after you signed up with them? HG has an amazingly long, 45 days money back guarantee so you have ample time to test them out. They are rated A+ by Better Business Bureau which shows their commitment to customer satisfaction. You also do not have to pay for the first month. You can just try their fully functional hosting service – you pay only $0.01 (you need to use the special coupon code). Do you know any other hosting company that can give you that kind of assurance? Anybody can grab an account from Hostgator for almost FREE.

Click the coupon below try Hostgator cPanel hosting for almost free. If you already know that Hostgator is what you want, you can even save 25% off the normal price.

Who Should Not Try Hostgator

To be honest, no web hosting service is perfect. Drawback of Hostgator includes:

  1. No free domain name – but you can easily get a domain name from the best domain registrar such as Godaddy or Namecheap for $10 or less. Would you agree that a website is not complete without a domain name?
  2. You need to pay full price after your first invoice – well, they need to make money too and all the support and great service do come with a cost

If you are still not sure if HG is right for you, or you have specific query about anything at all, try the Live Chat at HG. They are fast and knowledgeable. Just shoot them some questions before you decide.

p.s: HostGator is having a 20% off sale right now but we have got a better deal for you. Just enter SERVERHOSTING in the coupon code field when you buy any HostGator hosting plan and you’ll get it for 25% off!

Hosting24.com has most of that. They give you a free domain, everything unlimited (bandwidth, hosting space, + MySQL databases etc), and they cost less than $8 per month if you pay up front for the whole year.

They do not require you to pay a year’s worth of service up front, but it’s cheaper if you do (only $4/mo). You can also use a coupon (’25OFF’) to get 25% off the monthly, 3-month, and yearly payment options.

Hosting24.com works fine for me. But they don’t have everything you listed, so you may be better off looking for a different one.

own your own server…your search will lead you no where. Godaddy, com is very reliable, cheap and very user friendly.

Why dont you just put your own computer online and host your own site from your home computer?

100% free… as much space as you have on your hard drive… complete control and anonymity and autonomy… no advertisements… as much bandwidth as your default internet connection has.

The only disadvantage is… you will still need to set up a paypal account… you need to do a little set up and web design coding yourself, or download it from somewhere (not much different than the page creation features costly places offer)… and lastly in order for anyone to use your site, it will require an always on connection (which means your computer will always need to be on).

But that is what I do…
if you want to see my sites, ask me in email.

Bare in mind that nothing is unlimited. Even your own server as I am suggesting, you are still limited in hard drive space, bandwidth, etc. This is a very reasonable limitation, and you cannot expect third party servers to give you more than what you are physically capable of giving yourself, especially for as cheap as you are asking.

Most of these sites ask for something in exchange, too… like either money, advertisement room on your pages, etc, etc. You dont have to deal with that garbage with your own home server.

http://www.goldpuma.com is the lowest cost service which is full-featured and really works for you ($4.75 /month). They accept monthly payments.

But if you’re looking for the best service on the web, take a look at: http://bluehost-service.atspace.com ($6.95 /month). As an experienced webmaster I’m sure it would work for you and fulfill all your requirements. They have a really great offer & I have used them for over 3 yrs now, and have never had a single problem with them. Their service is really great and easy to use.

Theres no such thing as unlimited anything with web hosts, Especially Bandwidth and space.

    beware of that.

You’ll do well with a $10 or so a month webhost for sure. unless you’re pulling 10,000+ visitors a day or so on a high bandwidth site (videos/games)
